Seven design and operating principles
Neutral host
Sentinel does not compete with networks for the charging session. We develop and operate the destination and host charging as a tenant-like use.
Separate branded zones
Where a network requires brand exclusivity within its own area, we can allocate a distinct zone with its own signage, canopy treatment, and approach.
Universal site design
Stall geometry, pull-through options, cable management clearances, and accessible transfer aisles designed to accept multiple hardware families.
Shared amenities
Restrooms, food, shade, play, Wi-Fi, and security serve every zone, so your customers get an experience no standalone site can match.
Phased buildout
Conduit, pads, and capacity planned for growth so a network can start smaller and expand without re-trenching the site.
Data and uptime
Clear expectations on availability, session reliability, incident response, and site-level reporting, defined in the hosting agreement.
Technology flexibility
Headroom for higher-power charging, pull-through geometry for trailers and vans, and space for emerging formats.
